They always do a very good job when they service my truck. They always check all of the fluid levels, to include the transmission fluid and the differential gear oil levels.
They also check all of the lights, to include turn signal and the bed light on the back of the cab.
My two Labrador Retrievers always enjoy the treats that they are given.

The service tech put in another car's mileage information. I asked him to change it which he did not do. So carfax show my car as having 147,020 which is 50000 miles more than my car. It's a small things but if a customer catches the mistake at least make an effort to fix the mistake.

The technician was not friendly and not helpful. He barked out instructions to me, misquoted the price, and handed me the sticker, filthywith grease, to put in my window. I was also interested in a tire rotation, but was told that only one guy was back there and he had appointments. I asked about making a future appointment online and he said that appointment availability wasnt accurate online and wished me luck. Ridiculous.

I got the dreaded engine light on my dashboard. Used a neighbors scanner to get the code and do my research. Took to Express because the do my oil changes and have always been polite, and cost efficient. First issue on this car in 65k miles... turns out all i needed was a new set of spark plugs! Love these guys!

I have used this Express Oil Change before with my previous car. I am very happy with the service. The service is quick and through. The employees are pleasant and treat me with respect. I have never had them try to "sell" me something that wasn't necessary. I would highly recommend this business.

Great experience. Very convenient. In and out in 15 minutes. I wish checking the air pressure for tires was part of their checklist, but it is not. Its about $15 more expensive than other places but you are paying the extra for the time and convenience.
