IF you want something done as requested Dons in Lake Charles, LA is not the place. Asked not to have tire pressure adjusted, ended up with pressure below tire mfg recommendation without the valve stem caps that I arrived and missing one. The car wash is even worse, new truck went in and a new truck with the carpet torn is the result. Management more interested in making things inconvenient than taking care of the damage theyinflicted

Don's did good work replacing our CVT (transmission) fluid, and changed our oil--but they didn't mention the price of the fluid until we agreed to have it replaced. Cost a bit more than we initially thought.
