The service tech actively listen to my concerns. Their were no issues or concerns recommended. They provided prompt and effective service. The waiting area and restroom were very clean. Service time was about an hour and a half. Service was excellent!!

The service tech actively listen to my concerns. They provided prompt and effective solutions after inspecting my vehicle for service needs. Change out recommended part (cabin air filter) for every 15,000 miles, along with other service provided. Waiting area was clean. Service time was about an hour. Service was excellent!!

We're very sorry the customer is upset. We've gone back and checked our records and yes the customer brought their vehicle in for a coolant leak once at which time we could not duplicate the problem. There was no charge for this. When the customer came back later for their free oil change which came with the vehicle purchase, we again looked for the coolant leak. This time we found the coolant overflow jug was cracked. We gave the customer a price to replace it at which time the customer declined and said they would have someone else do the repair. We didn't charge for the diagnostics and happily sent the customer on their way. Our aim at Don Bulluck Chevrolet is for complete customer satisfaction so getting feedback positive or negative is very helpful. Thank you
