Went in for a tire replacement that was under warranty. I was quoted an approximate price at another location, but they did not have the tire. Went to the only location that had the tire (one left) and I was quoted a price similar if I had just purchased the tire without the warranty. The rep came out and looked at the old tire and gave me some "proration" speech, even though the old tire had little tread wear because I just had that tire replaced about 2 months prior. IHe didn't have any tools in hand or anything...he just looked at the tire and was like "well there wont be much proration"..i just laughed. I wont be back here again.
