Once again, Scott and his team come through in a pinch. Had a catastrophic ball joint failure and he had me back on the road in just a couple of days. After dealing with a tire situation that involved nails and a razor slice (because apparently my week needed extra drama), Scott got me taken care of quickly, professionally, and without a single ounce of pressure or upselling.
They:
explained exactly what needed to be done
made sure the new tires were mounted correctly (rear placement for safety)
checked everything thoroughly
got me back on the road with total peace of mind
What really stood out was the honesty and the calm, straightforward communication. No scare tactics, no "you need ten other things today," just solid work and respect for the customer.
As someone who tracks processes and pays attention to how systems run, I notice when a shop operates efficiently and treats people right and this one absolutely does.
