Wilson the salesman, the manager and the finance manager was helpful, but the price that advertised on line is after tax , which haven't been explained until you're ready to do paperwork.

Everything was going well until it was time to speak to the finance department. Its very unfortunate that they treat you a certain way because you might not be buying a car , tried to explain that the payments were to much that i had a budget but he didnt care . He just wanted to make his sell and bring in money which is obviously what every company wants but he acted very unprofessional .

I had a terrible experience. I drove an hour and a half. I called ahead of time to see exactly what fees were involved because I did not want to finance. When I got there they added thousands of dollars on to the price of the car. Then the sales person I spoke to on the phone was no where to be found. They price the car low online to get you in the door and then they add thousands on to the price. What a terrible experience.

It was terrible. They advertised the price of the car we were looking at really low. When we go there salesman said it would be $5000 more than advertised. Was told if we put the real price would you have come in?! This is why people hate car salesman!

Worst place to buy a car. Salesmen dont care about you or your requests. They just try to scam you for $5k. Horrible experience. They drastically drop the price and charge you $2499 for a so called certification and $2599 for prepping the car for us. The place is absolute BULL CR*P. Theyre not salespeople, theyre scammers!! Just dont even think of contacting them. Its a waste of time.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP OR USE CARFAX!!! There are scams out there that carfax is NOT investigating. These dealerships lists EXTREMELY LOW prices, carfax gives it a good deal rating, but when you go to see the car the actual price turns out to be thousands MORE!!! CARFAX should be suspicious when a dealer lists a price much lower than the standard price?!?. DO NOT TRUST CARFAX PRICES OR THEIR RECOMMENDATIONS!

Went to many dealerships. I already know every dealership has fees. Other dealerships had so many stupid fees which I did not benefit. This is an amazing dealership. All cars are certified, with amazing powertrain warranty. Hassan gave me 2 year free oil changes and a free detail. Finance programs are great. Great rates. Price of the car was still cheaper than other dealers with there fees.

If you want appalling a 2800$$ dealer fee added upon the vehicle price aswell as a 1800 certified fee then by all means go right ahead but for me I passed and bought a vehicle at a location that didnt add any secret fees and oh by the way if you disagree upon there prices you will be kicked out

Dealer advertisement on Carfax doesn't tell you that the price listed excludes additional down payment, dealer fee, reconditioning fee, document fee and is only Finance price. I ended up wasting my time and energy thinking they are offering good deal. Be sure to check with them about other hidden additional costs before going for test drive.

I called to ask the walk out price of the car. They told me the advertised price plus MV fees and taxes. I thought great, just like EBay. I got there and they wanted $5000 more then the advertised price. The salesman was stuck with his Management's bad policy. Too bad he was a good guy. Don't think I'll use Carfax again.

I contacted this dealer via email and by phone. I spoke with two different representatives who both "confirmed" that the car I was interested in was available. After driving several hours to get to their location, I arrived to find out, from a third person, that the car had in fact been sold several days before.
Sales staff immediately tried to sell me a different vehicle, at a higher price, and followed me to my car as I left.
Seemed like bait and switch tactics - be careful when approaching this business.

This place is fraudulent. They make you come there deceitfully. I asked for my car asked them to have it clean and everything. Omar assured me the car was clean and ready. However, after driving an hour and a half Omar wasnt there and neither was the car. I was told that it was sent to the auction because it had problems. Even after i assured him that i had just spoke with omar. Ultimately they tried to sell me other cars which were 20000 more than the car i wanted. The cars and prices will wheel you in. Dont be fooled. Get a printout before you even go here. I would not recommend and i will continue to warn people of this place. Im also going to do another review on another platform where i am an elite reviewer. My reviews remain at the top for weeks at a time.
