Excellent!! I had a very good experience on this service. Not like I have had in the past with Nissan in Wilmington.
The difference this time I think it was because of my service advisor..Rachel Brisson.
She kept me informed about the service and let me know what my options. I didnt feel like I was being over charged like in the past.
Also car is running good.

Although I was initially told I could just stop in with my vehicle, I found out after showing up that I needed to make an appt. Other than that, everyone that I was in contact with was professional, courteous, kind, understanding, accommodating. The work was done as expected and all my questions were answered. I hope these employees are valued by the management.... Customer service is a tough business to be in.

I will say service was just fair not knowing exactly what was really done and if it were right. Also not being able to take advantage of my complimentary service i received from the dealership i purchased the vehicle but they offered to pay half. My first dealership maintenanced vehicle so its taking getting use too.

Chelsea my service advisor and Lenore my service counter cashier were very professional and helpful. The person who serviced my car and left smudges on interior side of my door (tan color) was the unsatisfactory part and that's only reason I have a 4 instead of a 5.
