Typical service oil change. Nail in tire was ID as un repairable. Nail in sidewall. I turned down the 300 replacement tire. 3 days later tire was repaired as the nail was in the tread not the side wall. Mmmmmm

I've always received excellent service. But there was a couple of things that could have been addressed. The corrosion on my battery could have been cleaned off. When the bulbs were changed the condensation on the inside could have been wiped out. Just a few things that would have made a difference.

Workers emphasized me "having a bad day" when I simply was just unfamiliar with the layout of the store and did not know my way around. One guy treated me kindly, but I did not catch his name. He was the one who actually serviced my car. Two female workers approached me with car information without greeting me. Poor customer service. Lost a customer!

I thought the service was excellent. My sales person, Jordan Brown did a fantastic job to familiarize me with the car and to make the process as good as possible. I highly recommend him as he thoughtful, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I'm not sure we would have purchased the car without his input.

We are happy with the buying experience and sales, financing etx. We have two Nissans. We have one Nissan that has needed service twice. Both times I have not been treated well by a receptionist in the service dept. customer service is important and one of the reasons we bought one car there and has one serviced there since buying it new. I may take the other car somewhere else and if we trade may reconsider the dealership.

Generally I have a good experience at this dealership; however, there was poor communication from my service advisor that resulted in an unexpected bill. When I brought this to the attention of the service manager, she was condescending and passive aggressive, essentially her solution was "don't like it, then get a different advisor"
