Pretty good experience. A few updates in what was going on. Pictures of parts that needed to be replaced. A little more than what I bargain for, but fair. My vehicle need alot of work. Especially it being 10 yrs old and not alot of work put into it over time. On top a used vehicle.

The work was fine. The folks at Ben Nielsen's recommended a new battery and wiper blades to go with the requested brake service and oil change. I gave the thumbs up. I was shocked to have been charged nearly $100 for the battery install and $55 to put on two wipers. That's the first time I've experienced that level of price gouging for what amounted to 10 minutes worth of work. I will not be back.

Everything was great. Last two visits went very well from initial call to schedule appointment, drop off, diagnosis and repair, pickup and payment. Staff was very helpful and cordial throughout the process and no surprises. Price for services was very competitive and I feel I received good value.

My 10 yr old Mazda needed a few things that I've been putting off since I hate waiting for hours and didn't totally trust my last couple places. But battery died, again, so took a chance. Glad I did. They let me drop off that day and got me a Lyft home! They did a thorough inspection and provided a narrative with pix, plus went over it on the phone - good communication Needed several things done, but no surprises. Car drives great and so far no follow up issues. I will return!
