This is my 2nd year taking my car to AutoHaus Boulder. They are trustworthy, knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and I never feel they are recommending work not needed. They are proactive in terms of maintenance but always follow up with a recommendation on whether an issue is urgent or can wait for several miles. I highly recommend them.

We left our car to be thoroughly inspected for an upcoming long trip. We also had two concerns regarding the transmission and the suspension. Autohaus completed a very thorough inspection, especially regarding our two major concerns. What was done and why was explained to us in detail after the service was complete. The price was quite reasonable for all of the time and effort expended.

AutoHaus Boulder did a great job providing Service B and identifying what was causing the continuous draw from the battery. It was easy and convenient to schedule the appointment and the staff let us know how that because it was a long holiday weekend that they could either keep the vehicle to finish the service or have us bring it back in the event that we wanted it for the weekend.

It went ok. They changed my oil and filter quickly. My driver's seat was not left in a "low rider" position as it was at my last service at the local BMW dealer and when I turned the car "on" I didn't have chicano music blasting as loud as the radio would go. I like all kinds of music but not at that loud level. I felt disrespected at the dealer so I took my business elsewhere.

Terrible job. I went in for an oil change. Now my car is leaking oil as if the engine was shot. They are closed today so I'm without a car till Monday. I'll have to buy oil to make sure the car can be driven back to the mechanic. Horrible job!
