From the time we walked in until it was time to start signing papers everyone was super friendly. I had already decided to work with US Bank so all I needed was a final price to pick up a check from the bank. While the final person we had to talk to was the paperwork and financial guy, his high pressure sales pitch for a vehicle extended warranty was off-putting. He definitely made it clear that all of the vehicles are bought as-is and that the only way to protect ourselves was to purchase an extended warranty. Even more off-putting than his squeeze for the extended warranty was the air conditioner on the car quit before I made it home. Certainly seems suspicious and maybe it is just coincidental but it certainly left me with a less than positive overall experience. I would have certainly recommended this place to purchase a vehicle had it not been for the warranty play and then the rather suspicious air conditioner failure.
