My sales person was great. We were $2000 apart in the price with my trade in. We were told they would not change the price. I followed up three times with no luck. I checked again and the price was lowered. I contacted the sales rep and as we were scheduling a time for me to come, she said it was sold

I scheduled and confirmed the day before, and it was gone by the time I got there at my appointment time. Got my car washed for the trade-in and everything. Some of the cars appeared rushed out to be sold. A couple of the car interiors were in poor condition What I liked was that they had a lot of car options and the prices appeared fair. The sales people were friendly and didn't put any pressure on the sale. After I agreed to buy the car, I had to wait over two hours just to be seen by the finance people, even though I paid in full by check.

This car dealership is like a revolving door. Lots of customers, lack of personal customer service. You feel like a number and not a customer. We called to arrange an appointment to drive a specific car. The car that they brought up was the wrong car and we had to request that they go back and get the correct car. Felt rushed and hurried. We left and bought a car at a different dealership down the road. Would not recommend. Felt like all of their cars had lots of miles and priced higher than other dealerships that have cars in the similar make and model as well as year. Do your homework before you buy. I think you will find that my assessment is correct.
