I had a most unfortunate situation as a result of rodent damage to my car and it cost a small fortune to fix. It was very stressful and I was stranded on the freeway and had to be towed 150 miles to Larson Audi in Fife, WA. My service technician, Zak, did a great job keeping me apprised and got the cost down as much as possible. Chip also assisted in Zak's absence.

I have two key's and purchase a third from Audi Tacoma. They programmed the third key but deprogrammed one of my other keys. When I told them this they said they would reprogram all three, but I need to pay for the service again. So two stars for actually programming my key, but very upset that they are charging me again for a service that should be free

I've been to Audi of Tacoma a few times because it is much closer than University Audi. It's usually chaos. This time it wasn't as busy, and it all went very well. Service folks were nice, the loaner (Rental) car was quick and went really well. Overall it was my best experience with them. I hope my next visit goes as well.
