Not satisfied at all, very unprofessional service.
I brought the vehicle specifically for Recall 42L5 and they convenience me that I'm responsible to pay for alignment which is a part of recall.
I spoke to Audi Usa and they told me that alignment has to be free of charge because its part of the recall.

Person who was attending me was sarcastic and went with the belief that I am in automobile service industry and I would know everything that she is talking about. After repeatedly asking what does a normal service include she never properly answered that question. Kept saying "You don't want us to do anything" as the oil and filter change was done recently from somewhere else.I wanted to know if that's all they do in a regular yearly service, and I still don't have an answer. Plus things that she randomly started listing to check, she gave me an estimate of $1K plus, I walked out.

I brought the vehicle in because of failure of the power steering making the vehicle very difficult to drive. When I started it to bring it to the dealer the power steering was functioning normally, having done some research and discovering that this was often a software issue I wasn't surprised. I was very disappointed when after checking the vehicle they found no codes and therefore could do nothing. I guess I just have to wait and be surprised by this failure again.
