Went in for an oil change and new battery. Mike Sandstrom was our service advisor. There was a woman ahead of us in line and she turned and remarked "Mike is just the nicest man". I would agree. Gave me a coupon worth $30.00 off and showed us how to get a $20 rebate on the battery. Dealership is customer friendly and has the nicest people working there.

They are factory authorized repair shop. We use them for repairs that fall under our service warranty that we purchased with the new vehicle. Atwater does good job. General maintenance we use Meyers automotive in McGregor MN as it only 2 miles away rather than Atwater is 30 minutes away and their labor rate is higher and there fee based services are also higher than Meyers.

Mike in the service department is top notch. He went out of his way to check into my tire pressure setting & had it reset for me as it was not done when I had new tires put on there last Fall. He even ran my car through the car wash for me. Nice to have a person you can trust & is friendly.
