Anyone looking for a reputable mechanic shop. This is the one. First person you meet is Erwin the shop manager. He is the reason I keep going back. He is very professional, friendly and he seems to enjoy his job. I've taken 3 vehicle in for service. They're priced well and usually done within a day or two.

I detailed what I needed done, I spoke with Erwin Balancio, he was friendly and knowledgeable, he knew exactly what I needed he quoted me a price, gave me an appointment date, I dropped it off in the a.m.,and picked it up in the afternoon. I was satisfied with the work and customer service. I would definitely recommend this service shop.

Always great, feared my alternator had went out but I just had a bad battery. Had went to autozone and they said my battery was good. Glad this place is honest and trustworthy because they could of sold me a alternator and I wouldn't of known.

Asian Imports always does a great job without making me feel pressured or guilted into more service than I really need. They're honest and thorough, actually finding the real problem and making sure I understand what they're doing and why. Asian Imports Plus performed at their usual high level of service and courtesy, but I must mention that prices have risen noticeably since earlier visits. Obviously, inflation has affected many aspects of life recently, so hoping this will be a temporary condition.

Service is top notch but ... you have to make sure you tell them what type of oil you want when getting your oil changed. I usually get a synthetic blend. (I don't carry heavy loads/driving) but forgot to mention it so they put full synthetic oil, cost $35 more.
