They found a problem that was covered by warranty, which saved us a couple hundred dollars. We are very glad this shop does such a good job of tracking warranties on the parts they install. We had no idea our brake pads were still under warranty until they told us.

Great shop, always take my cars there from now on. This is the 4th or 5th time I've used them and I have full confidence that any work is always done well and priced well. They are very nice to work with, every time I've been there, another customer has also told me how well they have worked for them. Great hidden find in the Uptown/Oak Lawn area for car service and repair.

They have always been very trustworthy and complete the work quickly. Experience with the dealerships has been car sitting for 1-2 days before it is looked at so I appreciate them always getting work started and completed in a reasonable timeframe. Always ask for approval before work is done, once car is evaluated. Prices are very reasonable, do good work.

Fast and affordable service for serpentine belt replacement. However, I went there because there was a noise and strong vibration coming from the engine. The manager told me that it was caused by the worn out serpentine belt. They replaced it, but the noise and the vibration was still there. The manager told me that it was fine, it could be a small plastic part got loose. After all, I had a new serpentine belt but my complaint was not resolved. Manager did not seem to care about my concern.
