Lock was fixed, but they caused two electrical features to become faulty. I took it in again to have them fix these issues. They had it for a week, and I had to call 2-3 times to get an update. In the end, the problems were not fixed, and I had to take it to another mechanic.

I had a complex problem that took some real investigative skills in order to find and remedy. It ended up being a wire that had frayed and shorted sending false signals to the computer. They located the exact problem and repaired it so that it would not happen again. Great effort by a great team.

First experience at Alpha & Omega was great, second experience was not. First time was punctual, and they had a great digital invoice service that kept me in the know. 2nd visit, they had my car for a week before they could even figure out what was wrong, and I had to call 5 times over that time in order to get updates. No convenient invoicing system that time either. Not sure what changed!

Alpha & Omega is the only place I ever take my cars. Same with my family. We know the owners personally and trust them completely. They are honest and willing to do what it takes to fix the problem. My van was having issues going over bumps. It took a few visits before they found the issue, but they continued to try. The issue is now resolved and I am so happy! I recommend them to anyone asking!
