I will not be bringing my vehicles back here. I was told it would be a $179 charge to look at a piece of trim to see if it popped out of the track. Read that again.$179 diagnostic fee to LOOK at a piece of trim. That's just where the bad experience started. They then only changed my oil and I was charged $180.for just an oil change. Just the oil alone, Mobile 1 5W30 was on my bill at $12.97 a quart. You can get 5 quarts at Walmart for 24.97. So instead of roughly $50 for 10 quarts I was charged $130. Plus all the labor and shop fees. When I asked about it they basically ignored me. The icing on the cake was when I walked out to my vehicle and it still had all the plastic wadded up on the seat and the dirty oil paper on my floor board, only to find out that they hadn't even reset the oil due monitor on my Camaro. At this point I'm not even sure if they actually changed the oil in my Camaro or just acted like they did and charged for it. I bought this Camaro from this dealership, and less than a year just bought my wife a new vehicle from this location. I hope someone who is in charge of this department actually sees this review and changes something. As of now I will not set foot back in this dealership for anything

Everything about the dealership was a pleasant experience except ONE thing. But that's the going thing at almost EVERY dealership now. The pushing the customer to purchase an extended warranty. These places make you feel like a criminal if you don't buy the warranty. Or they pout like a child. Not picking on this dealership alone. Like I mentioned...this is almost everywhere now. I still would have zero issue buying from Allen Turner again. So as a whole, it was a pleasant experience.
