Friendly staff. Took my car in right away. Didn't try to sell me more expensive tires. In fact, recommended ones that were higher rated, but cost less. Got in and out in less than two hours.

Quick in and out for a tire rotation. The staff is very professional, which you don't often see in other tire shops. My tire purchases over the last five years are with AVN, the rare combination of value and service.

All in all it was successful. It only took half an hour. Check out was bumpy because I ask a lot of questions. I learned the repair was done on the inside. Subaru has a system to alert me to issues with my tires and now I have a reliable business when I need it.

Making an appointment is really easy - called and got an appointment for the next day. Turned out to be 2-screws in the rear wheel (recommended to replace both rear tires)! Super efficient with ordering the tire vs going to the usual tire shop (the delivery was for the next day). An appointment to replace tires only took 30min!
