A well-greased machine - never had them try to upsell me anything unnecessary. A good old fashion mechanic... they just don't run (auto shops) as well as they once did, not that I've found anyways.

My vehicle was at a nearby parking lot when my vehicle lost all power and I was stuck. On the recommendation of a local gentleman that tried to help me, I walked to AA Autotech. They went to my vehicle and tried to get it going but needed to tow it back once they found the alternator seized and needed to be replaced. They worked with my warranty company and were so accommodating while my daughter and I waited in their comfortable shop. While we were there everyone that came in for service was treated with respect. Homey feel with real know how to get the job done. Highly recommend!!

Coolant housing cracked. Wish Mazda wouldn't make it out of plastic as this is the second time it's busted as I had it previously replaced at another shop. They found the problem quickly and the cost of repair was quite fair and reasonable.
