About Karma

After Fisker went bankrupt in 2012, Chinese company Wanxiang purchased what remained of the automaker and brought things back to life with Karma Automotive in 2014. Karma went straight to work, reviving the original Karma PHEV under the Revero name in 2018, which it kept around a low-volume luxury vehicle. An updated Revero model then debuted in 2020 called the Revero GT. Building off the Revero GT line, Karma introduced the GS-6 in 2021 as a more affordable version of the Revero. In Karma’s modern lineup, the Revero GT acts as the most powerful and luxurious PHEV available, while the GS-6 is available in three different sub-trims that are more affordable, but not as powerful or as upscale. Karma is also expected to continue expanding its lineup with the addition of the all-electric GSe-6. The automaker has announced that it’s looking to come out with an SUV called the GX-1, as well. That vehicle will launch as an all-electric SUV, as well as a plug-in hybrid.
