“called and inquired about the car, spoke to the owner Mike and explained that I would not be able to come to his dealership, as it was 1100 miles away and would have to trust his description of the car. Mike was very understanding and took a bit of time telling me about the car. He agreed to go out to the car and get back to me with the answers I requested. He sent me extra pictures showing my concerns
and they satisfied me. After some thought I called the next day and made an offer. He excepted and we closed the deal, Mike was a gentleman and because of that he made a sale. I asked if he had a trusted a car transport company that he used. He gave a name and now my purchase sits in my driveway. Thank you Mike, you're awesome.”

“On Thursday, I received confirmation that the car I wanted to see was still available for me to check out. I set-up an appointment for Saturday but when I got there, they told me that the car was sold. When I showed them the email, they said that it was automated. Then on Sunday, I got another email saying that the car is still on the lot. In any case, the car was not shown to me when I was there at the appointed time. I was shown other cars instead but I was not interested in those.”

The vehicle was sold before I had a chance to see it in person. I was very disappointed, I was very interested in the vehicle.”
