“I was in to have driver side door insulation trim replaced at just about 15K miles for a new 2024 Jetta Sport bought in August 2024. Ordered part was IN, I was told install would take an hour. I was early to appointment. I departed service facility two hours later. No explanation offered.”

However, no one reviewed your inspection results, even though it said brakes were not safe. And your driver came in & put the fob on a chair without knocking, ringing or saying anything. That's inappropriate.”
