2017 Toyota Rav 4
I picked this car off of Carfax because of it's great value and low mileage. The dealership did show the car to my husband. At that time, my husband, discovered a cigarette burn on the seat and a flaw on the dash where something had been stuck to it. He did not drive it. I went, a week later, to test drive a new Hyundai Tuscon. I drove the Tuscon and then asked to drive the Rav 4. I liked the Rav 4 much better. I told the dealership I would buy it. Although, World Car Nissan advertises all these perks they give to people who buy used cars, they offered this car only as is. This was fine since the car is still under the OMW for two years. The disappointment came when I picked up the car. It was obvious the dealership did nothing to prepare the car. I read signs, around the dealership, how every used car goes through a 145 inspection. Well, except this one. They claimed the car had been cleaned but I couldn't hardly see out of the windows. There was stuff stuck to the outside of the car. The low tire pressure monitor light was on. We brought it home and started going over it. They didn't even bother to check the pressure of the tires as they were all low and the washer fluid was empty. Also, I felt they should have revealed that they did not have the original smart key. I took the car straight to an upholstery shop to fix the interior issues. The owner stated that he could not believe they had not fixed the flaws as the car only had 3,000 miles on it. Anyway, I am overall, very happy with my purchase, but I would never purchase another car from World Car Nissan. Oh, and by the way, I was a cash buyer and it took them forever to get the paperwork right.More

Great price on vehicle, but service level and professionalism was less than expected for a high-end vehicle
Price of my new/gently used car was good. However the dealership has a wholesale mentality, and the used car manager twisted my arm on the trade-in price, and delivered a dirty car to me that had supposedly just come out of detail. Not the level of professionalism I expected after spending $40K plus on a vehicle, and after driving for three hours to pick it up. Glad I will have my car serviced locally at a dealership that is more professional.More

Didn't Hear Back
Was frustrating that the salesman didn't call me back to tell me my credit was denied. I would have had a favorable impression of the dealership if I received a phone call, but due to no phone call I felt like I was left hanging.

Per sales agreement, we were suppose to receive a comparable vehicle if our car was not available to be serviced within a 24 hr period. The dealership had our vehicle(2016 Nissan Murano SUV 6 cyl) for almost a week. At first when I asked for the loaner vehicle, I was told only a manual transmission, compact vehicle was available, however after waiting for two hours I was given a four cylinder Sentra vehicle. If I could put no stars I would! I was spoken to and treated poorly. Then they called because they had enough concern in their words, to call me and see why it got out of hand. I took my new sonata there for a light issue that was clearly not just a bulb as I tested one light bulb on both sides of the car and it only responded to the driver side. So I took it in and they told me that it was a light bulb and that i needed to pay $70. I will never take my car there again.More
