They fixed the manufactures issue but caused wiring issues causing the cause to car not to go reverse. They said need to do a complete engine check costing $150 to see what the problem really is. Poor customer service !!!!!

As has been in the last 6 times here for 6 months services,,,, GREAT EXPERIENCE Normally use the Quick Lane for oil and filter change,, fluids check, tires rotation and complementary wash after.. Had the State Inspection completed this visit as well.. In and out in a very timely manner always. Nice comfortable waiting area and plenty of coffee,,,got to have the coffee.. Had bad cell in battery. Quickly diagnosed & vehicle returned following day. Deducted stars bc they brought vehicle out sopping wet after washing. They did dry it after we requested but should not have been brought out wet and we should not have been told it was ready since it wasnt.More

EXCELLENT - After getting the runaround from other Ford dealers to complete this recall, Westway stepped up and completed in 1 day...others such as Five-Star Ford & Grapevine Ford wanted to keep the car for 7-10 days.

Just had my 2016 Ford Edge in for the 6/5000 MPP Service and Zatek clear coat protection application. As expected, everything went extremely well. Anna, my service representative, assisted me in setting up the appointment to drop off, kept me up to date on the status of work in progress and arrangements made for a ride home after drop off and to pick me up return to Westway Ford to pick my SUV up after all services complete.
