Excpeted better communication on serviced performed as it was first time to dealership and I was disappointed. Had to stop at firestone on the way home to get tire pressure and monitor reset as light came on. When I called my service provider he tried to tell me my battery was probably going out and it was $180 to replace. Will not go back as they lost my trust.More

The customer service from the service mgr, director or whatever his title is was horrible. I felt intimidated, belittled & bullied. Instead of him dealing with the customer he had on his office (me), he was on the phone holding a totally different conversation and in and out of his office like I wasnt sitting there. What really did it for me was when the manager got upset with his service advisor because he gave me a discount. He stated that he was going to get on the advisor. Last time for me!More
