In and Out! Had a bad Valve Stem I didn't want to risk the trip to Minnesota. As usual your Crew got me in at 0700 and out by 0930. And they were extremely busy as usual. I will add that one of my co workers has had issues "elsewhere" I said hey you have an Edge take it to Thoroughbred. She's on board now and said wow they were real nice. I laughed of course..

I cant remember when Ive had a better service experience! Nick was great. He and the team diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and when it arrived, I used the concierge service where they picked the car up and returned it when complete. Terrific service from beginning to end!

I was able to get my vehicle in next day and they got to work on it right away in the morning, which was great. They were able to diagnose 1 of the 2 issues and get it fixed for me, while doing a good job explaining why the 2nd couldn't be solved. Vehicle was done on time and experience was overall positive.

Was told I need 4 new tires, new rear shocks and an alignment to eliminate road noise. I had just bought 4 new tires in the last 18000 miles. I told them to review my recent repairs as new rear shocks were just installed last year and the alignment readings when I pulled in showed I didnt need an alignment. Final advice was not to buy Pirelli tires anymore. I had no work performed that day and am getting a second opinion

The mechanics do a great job, but it takes forever. Two and half hours to change the oil, so don't expect it to be quick. Just the oil change was around $80 without tax. I wouldn't say it's ever a wow experience.

They declined to cover my 2022 f250 for reduced power after trying to clean filter. When I disagreed with service advisor he laughed at me on the phone and said it was fuel that gelled up. But anti- gel was in tank. Truck only had 13971 miles.

I told them that I've had a slow leak on my front passenger tire, and they just filled it and didn't patch it. Now there's still a leak. They also replaced the cupped tire on the drivers side and didn't align it so now the car pulls left.
