Gary was awesome, he helped to get me in for an emergency due to a tire that popped from a pothole. He also completed an alignment to correct other issues from the pothole and fit me in for a routine maintenance that was overdue. Gary worked with me every step of the way to get the appropriate information to the tire service company for the tire replacement package. If I lived closer Id use these guys every time I needed service!!More

Engine light was on. I described the problem including engine noise and the camshaft error I got. All they did was change the oil and said it was fixed. That same day the engine noise came back and was worse than before. Now I have to get it towed back again.Edit- The car needs a new engine. Gary worked with Kia to get my claim approved. Now Im just waiting for them to tell me when its ready.More
