High pressure tactics
The salesman I dealt with was very unprofessional, had an attitude, and used high pressure tactics at the last minute while negotiating a purchase price. I passed on a vehicle I was prepared to buy as a result. Customer care still counts for something, and I bought the same vehicle elsewhere.More

Labor cost more then the part that they said what fix the problem. It did not fix the issue. Also, labor cost $100 more then the part that took them 10 minuets to fix.
