I was pleased with our 2017 Subaru Outback 30,000 mile service. Many items were taken care of and was completed in a timely manner. The service manager went over the work that was completed, and the total bill was fair and reasonable. The one set back was that, the next day I removed the red positive terminal cover on the battery to find a large amount of corrosion on that battery connection. I cleaned it myself, but keep wondering why that was not checked or just over looked on the service.More

There was no waiting to get my vehicle in for Express Service. The oil and filter were changed while I waited and drank a cup of coffee and watched HGTV on the flat screen TV in the waiting area. Before my vehicle was returned to me it was given a good wash and rinse. Very pleasant experience.More

Subaru of Wichita did an excellent job. Had the oil and filter changed, as well as, the engine air filter. They also fixed a problem with the drivers windshield washer nozzle. The hose to that nozzle was pinched during a new windshield instillation that took place two weeks earlier.More

Had to have our windshield replaced on our 2015 Outback. Subaru of Wichita did a wonderful job. The windshield was covered by the warranty and they checked over the Eye Sight safety system after the install for the new windshield. Very pleased with the service and how Subaru stands by their warranty commetments.More

We checked into the service department midmorning on a Tuesday, and were told our wait would be 45 minutes. That wait time was interrupted before we could get our electronics connected and functioning, and our complimentary coffee poured - about 10 minutes!! This visit was for a recall on our 2016 Outback steering column. We first received the recall via a Subaru email on a Friday afternoon. It stressed that the vehicle should NOT be driven, and further stated that our Outback would be towed to the local dealership. A complimentary loaner/rental vehicle would be provided. We called the service dept immediately. They seemed to be unprepared and not aware of the recall. They said they would call us back to schedule. We garaged the Outback and waited Saturday and Sunday. On Monday WE called and were told 20 cars were ahead of us. Tow truck came and took the Outback and husband to arrange for a rental that day. We were called the following Monday morning to say the Outback was finished and ready for pick-up.There seemed to be an information disconnect between Subaru Headquarters and the local dealership.We still love our (2nd) Outback.More
