I had a 9:00 am appointment, but they were able to start the service earlier and I was out the door within about 45 minutes. Service personnel were very helpful and courteous.

Service was ok. The tech performing the service did leave the door off the cabin air filter box. I found it in the floor board after I got home and reinstalled it myself. Poor quality control.

Did good on the door trim replacement. Quick and easy. Did have to call Toyota's corporate office to have the part covered. Dealer does not have very good problem resolution.

Ok service. Does not offer courtesy wash with vehicle maintenance as other dealers do. Explained to the service advisor that there is a smell coming from the A/C vents. His response was it was a cabin air filter that needed replaced and wanted to charge me 50$. I told the advisor that the car is brand new and only had 10,000 miles on it. Advisor stated Toyota recommends replacement cabin air filter every 10,000 miles. That was incorrect! I verified with my service manual and it states every 20,000 miles. At that point I lost trust in the service department because the technician lied to me regarding the mileage for the cabin air filter replacement. Once my free service is finished I will be taking my vehicle somewhere else.More
