Probably carfax is making lots of money...
I'm just saying, probably dealers are paying money for these carfax reports and, consequently, pass this cost onto consumers 10x. I don't know how much carfax charges a dealer each time it is used (maybe there is a flat rate type of subscription?) but for some reason, carfax sent me this link to rate them. The car I was looking at already had the carfax posted in their online listing. However, the salesperson that I was put into contact with sent me another carfax probably in final desperation to show it is a great car. To tell the truth, I am sure that carfax doesn't tell the whole story of a vehicle as it is claimed. Surely, there are body shops that don't report things to wherever accidents are supposed to be reported and cataloged in the national/international database of such things. Especially when an insurance claim is not put in by the owner...More

Would have given 5 stars but problem not fixed. Was repaired back in Florida but would not honor warranty. Ended up being check valve part #fl3z-3a788a. Would have been over $400 but Sam Galloway was awesome in knocking down to $145 WITH a F150 rental for the day!! Jesse Baird was GREAT getting us in and getting us done since we were passing through. Jesse gets 5 stars!!More

The service center sucks, the get dirt and oil on your seats. Leave trash in your car, go through your glove box and compartments. The manager is horrible, if you want something done and fixed you must go to the director, and you still have problems.More

Cant trust them beyond an oil change. They try to up sell even on service that was done to my car at another dealer. The tech states that my transmission fluid smelled burnt recommend a oil flush. I had it flushed at another dealer had my oil changed again. Tech said the again that my trans fluid smelled burnt. Dont trust them at all.More

My vehicle was received at 3:30pm which is great! many dealerships would not take appointments on the evening. They had no time to wash the car but that is perfectly understandable in this case.
