I found a vehicle that I had been looking for, a long time, I contacted Sam Scism Ford by e-mail to inquire about this vehicle. I was contacted within hours of my inquiry. I worked with Jeff Asberry, who was very friendly and professional, he answered any questions I had about the vehicle and if he didn't know the answer he found out. I dropped my SUV off to get a recall fixed . After leaving I get a call from the man at the service desk saying he noticed I was past due on an oil change and tire rotation. He asked if I would like them to do it all at once while its there. I was very surprised for the offer since I didnt make an appointment for this. Ill never trust my vehicles to another service dept. They always make sure everything is safe and running well without trying to push me to buy unnecessary services!!More
