Extremely disappointed - rated 1 star because I could not submit review without one
I received an answer to my email requesting information on the Aspen, yes it was in inventory, would I like to make an appointment? I made an appointment to see the Aspen the same day, calling to be sure it was still there, drove home to pick up my Dad and back to the dealership (64 miles) at which time the salesman told me the Aspen had been sold the week before, sorry, can I show you another vehicle while you are here? I was very disappointed and cannot imagine going back to this dealership again.More

Waste of time!!
I went to see some cats, several of which were sold that day and two were in service on Saturday. The dealership is closed on Sundays so I made it clear I would be there Monday to see and likely purchase one of the two Hondas they did not have ready to be shown. I called at 9am when they opened and asked the salesperson to make sure they held those cars bc I would be in to purchase as soon as I was off from work. She assured me she would. I called when I got off and after some more confusion with the salesperson, I went up there only to be given the run around again. Turned out they sold the vehicle i was assured they would have ready for me. Total waste of so much of my time. I would not recommend anyone go to my of the Rivertown dealerships. In addition to the run around, they kept trying to get me to look at a more expensive vehicle. Again, waste of of time.More
