I had oil change , all point inspection and tires rotated. That same day I had to get gas I did a walk around on my car and noticed 2 lug nuts were missing off my wheel. I called and emailed my service rep about what I discovered . I have yet received a call back nor an email. I just dont know how they can make a mistake like that what else was missed or not done right? I will not go back there.More

The service was excellent. However, it should not cost $700 to TUNE up a 2014 Sienna Van. You shouldn't have to take the hood off and remove half the engine to get to the back spark plugs. Ridiculous engineering by Toyota.

Unorganized. Expected to wait 4-6 hours in waiting room for airbag replacement, even after being told would come back. Did not offer to call when ready. Upon return, waited 10- 15 minutes before getting the attention of a worker to be checked out. Service people need customer training.More

They fixed my ac blower that was broken, plus full service oil change. They offered me a 10% discount as well. Service advisor kept me well informed of the issues. Extremely helpful.

I requested for my van to receive a 4 wheel alignment and that was done. I also requested to replace rear windshield wiper. That was NOT completed. I have to drive 30 minutes back to the dealer now to get this resolved.

Requested an oil change and tire rotation. Realized after I'd left that I hadn't been given the usual check sheet listing everything they'd checked, tread left on tires, etc. No service tech talked to me afterward. Receipt didn't list tire rotation so I'm pretty sure that was not done. It's hard for me to carve out time to get there let alone to have to make a return trip to get done what I requested the first time around.More
