I go to Randy Wise Ortonville since I have had major issues with my 2006 F150 motor....I had a new motor installed in 2016 due to the horrible design of Cam Phasers and timing chain. My few concerns I have is will Customer Instructions or requests....examples are: 1) I tell them I do my oil changes every 3,000 regardless the FORD Corporation BULL*HIT they have a hard time following through and completing the follow up sticker to coincide with my 3000miles....they ALWAYS put 5000miles, talking about the sticker again I Tell them DO NOT place stickers on my Tinted windshield, since they use the non cling ones and have to dam near get a razor blade out to remove...so I ask for them to place on my visor mirror half on so I can remove...think they can do that NOPE!! The turn around time 45min-1.5 hours is kinda ridiculous but what ever. Be nice if they could have customer data/request/previous work on a customer Efile.More

There was a lot to be done - and they ran into some issues... Still no excuse for the fact that they actually didnt perform some items that were paid for! (e.g. brakes, diff fluid, oil leak - all done; but tire rotation was charged for and overlooked)More
