Had a big problem that's not normal, but the manager fixed it, just outside of warranty. I worked there years ago, buy cars there, and usually get all service done there. Usually there is never any problems at all. Didn't like one associates attitude, but I hear other people love him. More of a personal thing, and again, not a normal problem I went in for.More

Everyone I spoke to was friendly, however, they told me one week, ended up keeping it another week, but I had to keep calling them to get the status. Took it home Friday evening and Saturday afternoon, a part that they replaced fell off and my a/c no longer cooled. Being the weekend and also a Geico claim, I couldn't do anything until Monday. :-(More
