Everyone I spoke to was friendly, however, they told me one week, ended up keeping it another week, but I had to keep calling them to get the status. Took it home Friday evening and Saturday afternoon, a part that they replaced fell off and my a/c no longer cooled. Being the weekend and also a Geico claim, I couldn't do anything until Monday. :-(More

I made an appointment online for warranty service for Saturday. There was no communication until they called me mid-day Monday. I wanted them to diagnose a problem. They wanted to charge for the diagnostics and repair (not yet done). I refused the repair and charges. I had to argue to get them to remove the diagnostic charges. I took the car and repaired it myself. This is not how you treat a warranty customer. I will not be back.More
