They were excellent in taking in the car and diagnosing it, and installing the new transmission for the warranty claim but they lacked in trying to help me with means of transportation just because I'm under 25. No effort was made in that area, but overall a solid job.More

Dealer put non authorized non Acura parts on my car. Instead of replacing the wiper insert they removed the $50 Acura wiper holders and replaced with substandard aftermarket wipers. I noticed once I returned home and luckily they were able to get my wipers from the trash and replace the inserts like they were supposed to do.More

They couldn't or didn't diagnose a problem with a battery warning message. Forgot to replace a cover in the engine bay. Advised we should replace the battery despite it being new, and locked the keys in the car for about an hour. Another dealer ultimately diagnosed a bad power cable. They were nice enough at Phil Smith, friendly staff, and we've had good experience with them in the past, but lately they're not on top of their game. Their diagnostic skills need sharpening.More
