I was not properly greeted when I walked in Ford shop. Mr. Jimmy Carter did assist me after he got off phone. He did meet my expectations of customer service. There were 2 other guys and neither acknowledged me. Their names are Fred and Bill, whom walked right passed me and said nothing. I did call the supervisor and told gim about the situation. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle the customer service expectations were met when greeted by Bill. Thanks for correcting the situation right away.More
