Totally 5 Star! Arrived early and had a pleasant wait in a nice clean facility. Advisor was Brock Fowler who explained the Oakland Acura Multi Point Inspection Service and I was done in record time and left with a washed car. Price was cheap and natives friendly.

Didnt want to work with us at all with our trade in they valued at $3500 (would never sell my vehicle for that low) and/or the asking price of the used vehicle. Said they wouldnt budge on it at all and then a couple days later they bring the asking price down by $100. Haha guess they would rather see paying customers walk out then working out a deal.

Super long wait even though I made an appointment for the morning. I brought my car in to see about the tires one kept leaking they said they checked. Said it was fine Went to my local shop they found a nail in my tire Beyond that the employees where talking about customers and how they just upped the price and most people wouldn't notice "if you dont want to pay you can do it yourself or go somewhere else". I will NEVER-EVER-EVER be going back
