Unhappy customer ( zero stars)
This dealership is one of the worst customer service experiences Ive had and still dealing with broken promises. I found the Ford Raptor on line made inquiries on it and put a deposit down. After three weeks of repeated phone calls, text messages and emails finally received information on the status of the truck. I was told a few different stories on the status and the condition of the truck. One issue was the previous owner was a cigar smoker so the truck had a Oder issue. Robert stated he was going to resolve this or inform me that he at least tried, I didnt get either. I made up my mind when I first saw the truck I wanted to purchase it, so I flew from San Diego to Atlanta June 7th and purchased the truck June 8th. Well needless to say I was very disappointed that the smell was not corrected and I had to introduce myself to Robert not greeting me instead. I had junior salesman running the transaction. I filled out the credit application two weeks prior along with my deposit but these guys were totally unprepared and the financial person didnt even know about the deposit so I had to remind him with a receipt. Im telling you this because it took nearly 3 hrs to get this done, they knew I was driving home from the dealership back to San Diego. Many other things are not included because there is just too many customer service issues that relates to communication. The one main issue is a second set of keys that were promised by a couple of the sales guys, I should have got it on a due bill but I was assured that they could find it and that they would deliver to me. I left the dealership Friday afternoon and made back to San Diego late Saturday, the following day I began contacting several people at Nalley, finally a gentleman named Morris took over my problem so I thought, he said he was the General Manager but to this day Im not sure because after three days I received nothing and Rene told he no longer working at Nalley. I started over again on my quest for the extra key with another employee so far no luck. I hope someone from the patent Company Asbury Group finds this review and maybe show some concern for customer that spent 70k and is being treated horribly. Buyer beware of Nalley Ford of Atlanta, the worst customer service ive Ever received and still not done.More

Very nice, quick and thorough. I really appreciated the way the let me in on the servicing process. By keeping me in the know of my vehicles progress, I was aware of any issues along the way.

The new key is fine, even the fee for the new fob and programming wasn't awful, but the wait was ridiculously long. 2.5 hrs to get a new key. The service tech said it would be about an hour. At 1.5 hrs, I finally complained because my car still was where I left it. Appointment times clearly mean nothing. According to the service tech who logged me in, An appointment was more so all cars don't show up at once but doesn't imply when your car will get worked on. Really????? He was a bit flip also.More
