Overall, the technician service has been great. I have had many service advisors and really enjoy working with Nick Crane. I have requested him when I make appointments, but for multiple times now have gotten Roldan Fajardo. Even though Nick is there working, Roldan will jump in, which is discouraging because I have had bad experiences with him.

Had to wait longer than expected to get an advisor assigned. After spending $600+ on an oli change (of course some brake fluid flush, brake light replacement and couple of filters were changed) got the car back with a malfunctioning left turn indicator. they didn't even check the car before handing over. Not a very good experience

It was a great service experience. Jordon Swenson took care of me and took care of me at the beginning and at the end of the process. The only doubt I had was the diamond ceramic coating. I paid an extra fee but within 2 hours my car was prepared and the coating was done. But I know that the coating process takes almost 1 day.

Good service and people! The only thing is that they find something else to fix. In this case, a rear axle seal is slightly leaking and the cost to repair is close to $2000. The car only has 43000 on it!
