2nd time been to get oil and tires rotated and they failed to rotate the tires first time after letting them know it was not done last time they did not get rotated again after telling me they did I had to tell them put the car back in & rotate the tires. If customer asks for tires to be rotated it should get done & not lied to saying it was doneMore

This was a followup visit due to them not checking to make sure they had the right parts until after they had my car the first time and partially disassembled it. When I picked up my car, they pulled it around with the hood still ajar and the cover for the airbag (the replaced part) was still sticking up in one corner.More

I was not able to get my car serviced at this appointment. I scheduled my appointment online with plenty of lead time, however it was not until after I dropped my vehicle off was I called to inform that they did not have the parts in stock. I was essentially told this my fault for scheduling online instead of calling in for the appointment and that had I called in they would have checked the inventory. Apparently they have no way or processes to check for inventory for online appointments.More
