I am surprised this time, after service my vehicle parked in parking area and car key has been given to me; no attenders with me when I am checking what I have issue reported to give service. Every time i just walked to them and asked about the issue still are not repaired or queries related to my car faults. After then they running to mechanic and asking about the repair then giving information about the faults. Usually this will not happen in Montrose ; but this time I slightly disappointing.More

The only issue with my service wasn't really the fault of Montrose Mazda Service, it was that a part that was shipped was damage, and it had to be reordered, which caused a delay with completion. My car was there a week, which is much too long for simple maintenance.More
