Service is really bad . Change a battery 12v and don't replace modem like TSB say. Cant help me with Close Service recall . They never callback It was costumer Satisfaction Program 15n04 modem recall TSB 16-0157 . Really I think Ford Corporation don't care about costumer.The hotline Ford Corporation is like Mickey mouse. Once I left my car to be repaired no brother to call to give an up date concerning my car issue I had to call to find out whats wrong also when will the car be ready this is the second time.. I brought the car in April 23, 2018 since then I have taken my car three times for minor issues I prefer pines Ford for service.More
