I like the convenience of Matt Blatt service for the car, but every time it's taken over 2 hours just for an oil change. They have to improve greatly on time management.

The service to the car was good, basic oil change and 27 point inspection. However it should not have taken 3 hours to complete. I had a 1:00 appt and did not get out of there until almost 4:00. No communication from the girls at the front desk except when the air filter I needed was delivered wrong twice. Also, the foul language used between the workers really needs to be toned down because the customers don't need to hear it.More
