A little disgruntled
I looked at the car i wanted online at carfax before i bought it. The car is certified so comes with specific things. The buying process was smooth and easy and the sales people were very nice. However, when i bought the car it had over 9,000 miles on it and the paperwork said 6,000 miles. Instead of changing the paperwork they just crossed out the 6,000 and wrote 9,000 and initialed it once i pointed this out. I dont know if being at 9,000 if that would have changed the value at all or if it is going to affect anything later warranty wise. I also didnt get a spare key or a vehicle manual with the car. I was told when i was leaving (after i bought the car) that this would be ordered since these items are supposed to come with a certified vehicle. I called a few days later to check on the status of these items and was told it wasnt ordered yet, but would get done. The next week i get a phone call saying i need to bring in documentation still because they forgot to get it from me. I need to bring it in ASAP. I inquire about the spare key and manual and find out it still hasnt been ordered and that i may need to come back in so they can get information off the key. I was very unhappy about this since i was there with the key the day i bought it and it was known then that a spare key needed to be ordered. They were going to check into it. I have not heard back (now 4 days later) if i need to actually bring it in or not. It has been 2 weeks since buying the car and i dont even know if the items have been ordered yet.More

End result was good. Little frustrated that they did not test drive it to verify that the issue was resolved. Makes thoughts come into my head wondering if the work suggested and done, even needed to be.

Service was great ... I wish that after paying almost $1000 for parts and labor, that they would have washed and vacuumed the vehicle. When Helena Moters had the GMC shop, they did even after an oil change.
