This time it took a week just for maintenance, communication was not good.Vehicle had to be returned after picked up. Price very high. All around service was not good this time around. But the service advisor Merriam was very helpful to speed things up and helped me after i was not happy and did the best she can to fix the problem.More

I didnt receive my car back for 4 weeks and it took 3 weeks to diagnose the problem. I have yet to get a print out or digital copy of the actual work that was done on my car. Ford corporate was not helpful at all and as soon as i get the chance, i will be trading it in solely because this company can care less about their customers and their time.More

Service advisor took my car in on a Wednesday and car was not fixed for 8 business days to replace a Tconnector causing coolant leakage. Ext warranty did not cover it. Did not get a rental voucher when i picked up my car because the service advisor was out again. Have to wait for rental deposit refund and rental voucher to cover a total bill of $1118. Bad rating due service advisor poor performance. We will have to see if the fix was good. Warranty on parts is 2 years.More

I set up my apt for the recalls a week early, my husband confirmed the appointment with the service rep and was told everything is good go. I live 2hrs away from the dealership. So I made arrangements and left my car with them. By 1pm I never heard anything from them. I had my husband call, because I'm not allowed to have my cell phone at work, I gave them my work # to reach me. My husband informs me they didn't have the part. I went through all of that for nothing. Sorry is all they could say.More

Brought vehicle in for warranty repair. Dropped my vehicle off, they dropped me off at my office and picked me up as well. They couldn't track down their driver at first so waited an hour and a half for them come by and pick me up, but it's a free service so can't complain.More

1st visit with Leif Johnson Ford. Slack service at front end. did not inspect truck, didn't offer to air up tires, lousy customer service. Wanted $143 to tell me what I already knew, before they'd give me a price to fix the front end. Not going back unless I'm in the area to get an oil change for $16 and rotation for $15...friends and family or nothing.More

Really getting tired of having to take my truck back to Lief Johnson Ford for shoddy work done by them originally! In January this year they replaced cooling system hose and failed to secure bottom clamp! Had to take it back in Marchthey re-positioned clamp and tightened it. Hopefully no more leaks will be observed on my driveway.More
