Overpriced

Hot Mess at Hyundai! - walked out without buying what was actually the exact car we wanted
We found a used Volvo S60 located at Bedford Hyundai dealer via Carfax. We set up an appointment with the general manager to see the car and arrived at the dealer just before our appointment time. Due to reconstruction of the main building this dealership has been relocated to a very small quite rundown property on the Bedford Auto Mile. There was very little space to park our own car and the parking lot was extremely congested, disorganized and there seemed to be no dedicated space for the vehicles that should have been prepared for the specific appointments. There was no showroom - instead there were about 15 desks and numerous chairs in various stages of disrepair jammed into the large room. It was loaded with customers and quite crowded. (the bathroom was atrociously filthy) We eventually found the manager with whom we had arranged the appointment to see this particular car. He assigned us to a young male salesman whose attitude was at best apathetic and at worst dismissive and combative. He started the process of copying my husbands license and when I sat down at the desk did not acknowledge me - and I am the one paying cash for the car. He left to go to another lot to retrieve the car for us to test drive. He parked it in a line at the front of the building and brought us out to discover that another customer had blocked us in and maneuvering the test drive vehicle out of the dead end parking lot was awkward for my husband who has range of motion spine issues. Unfamiliar with driving this car - chaotic parking lot with incoming cars. Salesman did not offer to get it moved or assist in any way. As we pulled onto the street for the test drive we noticed that the gas was on empty and he gave us directions to the nearest gas station. We drove less than a mile and knew we were done with this experience. His comments, his impatience with us as customers, and his discourteous behavior coupled with the chaos of the dealership and the apathy of the general manager left us speechless. It was clear they had no interest in making any sale. Its a good thing I didn't let my anger rip. A good customer service experience is most important to us - not price. We left needing a good shower and without buying the otherwise perfect Volvo for us. Right color, interior, mileage, accident free, etc. We are accustomed to a higher class dealership and buying experience. Cash deal. Too bad for them. We will never do car business anywhere on the Bedford Auto Mile again.More

Too fast Dealer
Pushy Fast just want to sell cars no personal sales, We had two sales man and can not remember 1st ones name had problems with car after we bought car and was told we bought car AS IS!!!! They did drop asking price some ($700.00) But now we have to fix the car out of our pocket. turns out there's more wrong with car than sales informed us about.(2200.00) more Buyer Beware HereMore

False cars/Lies
Horrible Customer service(s.warfield)! They post fake cars that sound too good to be true as bait to draw in customers.When you inquire they match you up to a similar priced car that has over 80k miles and try to convince you that is the car you inquired about.The sales people pretend that the car you inquired about is something similar to what they actually have available on the lot.They are liars.Do not trust these cheesey used-car sales people.More

Took two tries to order the right part; showed up for the first appointment to learn they had ordered the wrong part. Took another 4 weeks to order the part and make an appointment. Then it took getting a rental loaner car and running back and forth to the dealership to address what may have been a 20-minute repair. They are clearly going through transition of leadership and building a new facility. Nice people, though the operations has a lot of room for improvement.More

Hid major electrical issue that involves BAS/TCS, still trying to get them to fix it. Also told them to fix front end squeal and they just put belt grease on a pulley and put a new belt on to say that was the problem and on my way home from 2.5 hours away the noise came back. Took truck back to them since the headlights didn't work and also to have the squeal fixed again and they fixed headlights and claimed to have fixed the squeal but its 2 days later and its back.More
